When you request a service, the website collects the name, phone number, email if provided, address, appointment preferences, appliance details and any photo you choose to attach. Dubai Fix Pro uses these details to manage and communicate about the request.

Booking, customer, invoice and warranty records are stored on the website server. Access to operations records requires administrator authentication. The booking tracker requires your reference and matching phone number. Anyone with an invoice share link can view that invoice, so share links only with the intended recipient.

The website uses an essential session cookie for authentication and request protection. When enabled, first-party analytics measures public page views and contact-button clicks using an anonymous visit identifier held in session storage, with a 30-minute activity timeout. Aggregated daily measurements are retained for up to 90 days and contain no form text, names or phone numbers. Browsers signalling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Optional language preferences are held for the current visit. Hosting access logs are managed separately by the hosting provider.

If you choose WhatsApp, Google Maps or another external service, that service handles the information you provide under its own terms. If Google Gemini is enabled by the administrator, messages sent through the repair assistant are sent to Google for a response.
